UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE

If you love your pets this is not the place to take them! From the staff to Dr. Ellison it was nothing but a total nightmare. This is the most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent veterinarian I have ever met. Please if you care about your pets don't take them to Calera Animal Hospital. We were treated rudely from the staff and Dr. Ellison was extremely unprofessional. I have never written a review on anyone for any reason, however I would want to know before taking my pet to someone as incompetent as this veterinarian and her staff.

The hours of operation are great and the vet was great. The office staff gets in no hurry though and also quoted me the wrong rate which led to a higher bill then expected.
